A lazy day

What gorgeous photos. Funky little mushrooms - are they almost transparent - it seems that you (I) can see the blue of the pot through them. I thought anise had lacier sort of leaves?
You are, of course, correct about the anise! Pictured is a North American plant known as anise hyssop --agastache foeniculum-- which was used by Native American peoples for various medicinal purposes. Now it's mostly used in gardens to attract butterflies, in dried flower arrangements, and in pot pourri. I have to admit that I hadn't noticed how the blue of the plant container showed through the mushroom caps. Interesting little guys, eh? -- JG
Sounds like another grand day out! Stay away from those 'shrooms brother. They may be the magic sort!
