I'm not so sure about the non-meat ribs but I'll take your word for it. The meal sounds v good though. Your photos, as always, are wonderful.

She's still working with recipes. I'm not thrilled with the "rib" part of what we had --too bread-like-- but even when I was eating meat, I was in it mostly for the sauce! -- JG
